Mitesh Rakheja is the Founder of Young Mirchies. As an entrepreneur, he comes with a vision to make Young Mirchies one of the best event management agencies in the corporate world. He drives the company goal of "Quality First" in one and all. Strategic Alliances and Partnerships is one among the core responsibilities that Mitesh bags for himself. Mitesh has spent close to 15 years in the Events Industry (majorly into Marketing and Branding) and thus brings to the table an in-depth knowledge of understanding specific client requirements in terms of their branding and marketing needs. He holds multiple diplomas in Event Management, Advertising and Public Relations.
Mitesh has served Banknet India for 5 years as AVP Conferences & Events. On project basis, he has worked with leading industry giants like Times 360 Degrees, Fountain Head, Procam International and more, prior to bringing his dream of an event and experiential marketing agency “Young Mirchies” into existence.
Anuj Rakheja is the Co – Founder and looks after the Financials and Experiential Marketing segment for Young Mirchies.
Being a qualified MBA, he brings on board a lot of quest towards turning things around. He is keen to take up every challenge that comes to his way and believes in learning and expertising his skills with every project that he does. His vision definitely enables the company to explore new avenues and opportunities.
The marketing face of the company, She’s someone who enjoys talking and meeting new people. She brings on board her long marketing and sales experience of almost over 9 years. She majorly takes care of the Experiential Marketing division of Young Mirchies and actively enjoys taking business development tasks with Mitesh for other business segments too. Understanding the clients needs and getting them the right ROI makes her the “Go To” person for clients.
She has been associated with companies like UBM India Pvt. Ltd., Marcus Evans, Party Cruizers Pvt. Ltd. before coming on board.
